Need something delicious to quell midday hunger? I’ve been snacking on this tasty, fiber-rich peach concoction. It’s sort of like muesli, only heavier on fruit and lighter on oats (and as a result, calories: the single-serve recipe below will fill a soup bowl but comes in at just 180 cals). Bonus: it takes all of a minute to pull together. Just add:
1 fresh peach, chopped up
1/4 cup raw rolled oats
Two tablespoons of sunflower seeds
Two tablespoons of raisins
1/2 cup of low-fat milk
What have you been snacking on lately?

What a great and healthy snack — I can’t get enough of peaches this type of year, and I’m a sucker for oats (muesli is my everyday breakfast; the highlight of every morning!).
I just stumbled upon your blog, and can already tell I’m going to be a devoted reader.
love your idea, I’ve been on a cherry kick this summer. They seem better than ever. Also love roasted chickpeas.
