I thought the water info was so interesting, too! According to my research and two of the experts I spoke with, the type of magnesium typically paired with calcium helps the calcium absorb, but in doing so, is less absorbed itself. Tricky stuff, I know!

		<description>Cool info, especially about hard water! One question: In the intro here you say magnesium helps the body absorb calcium, but then you say that &quot;calcium makes it difficult for the body to absorb magnesium.&quot; Are both of those true? Seems funny.</description>
