		<description>Great post, I would love to know who is doing quinoa&#039;s PR- they are doing a good job. I too like quinoa for breakfast with unsweetened coconut and a drop of honey. I am experimenting lately with red quinoa, not quite as high in fiber and protein but delicious. I have to try the quinoa-mushroom combo, thanks!</description>
