		<description>Yes, the paleo diet is easy. Foods are either in or out. The quantity of each of the in foods is totally up to you, though if trying to lose weight one may have to minimize the fruit.
In: meat, fish, eggs, nuts, vegetables, fruit, and berries.
Out: grains, dairy, potatoes, beans, sugar, and anything fake.
Oils: Only nut (e.g. coconut, walnut, almond) or fruit (e.g. olive, avocado) oils are in. All oils made from seeds are out.</description>
