		<description>My favorite way to prepare canned beans is to make a quick soup:

I heat up a couple cloves of sliced garlic in a little olive oil, add chicken broth and tomato sauce (more broth then sauce- sauce mostly for flavor and color, like a pasta e  fagioli soup) then I add a big helping of baby spinach and can of garbanzo or white kidney beans, or whatever beans I have.  Add salt and pepper to taste, then top with fresh grated cheese.  It&#039;s super quick and tasty!  (This makes about 2 servings).</description>
